In one of your other threads Cliff provided you a link to his website. If you go there you can download a real Suzuki service manual for your bike for free...http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum...d.php?t=200818
Please do so and start reading. It will tell you what to do.
BTW, when pulling the head you need to also pull the cylinder and replace the base gasket. When purchasing gaskets, only use original Suzuki gaskets if keeping the bike oil tight is important. Also, you should pull the valves and replace the valve stem seals at the same time the gaskets are being replaced, and most people here will suggest changing the rings at this time too. What's another $100 between friends at that point?Ed
To measure is to know.

Hey op, like Nessism said, get the service manual and real through the entire procedure of rebuilding the top end. Over and over till you famiiarize yourself with the procedure and how it all works. Its actually quite easy rebuild these engines and do the timing, you just need to familiarize yourself a bit with the terminology and procedure.

I havent pulled it off yet because i live in New Jersey and it has been the last of my concerns, but what two nuts. My engine looks like it is leaking from the front of the head so maybe their is an easy fix.
