750 vs 850 cams?
Does anyone know if the 2v 750 and 850 use different cams? If so, which one is hotter? I know the 750 cams are slightly hotter than the 1000, but not sure on the 850.Tags: None

Year for year, they have the same specs.
In 1980, though the opening of the intake cam on the 850 was changed 10 degrees
Might have been to enhance the performance of the new CV-type carbs.

ok. thanks! looking at putting the 850 jugs on my 750 so while i had it apart i wanted to put the hottest cams in. I hate having to go back and do something over when i didn't do my research before i started. Thanks again!

At least it's not very hard to change the cams.
