Can a oil cooler be installed on 82 gs550L

I was wondering if anybody out there has installed a oil cooler on a 82 gs550L or if you know how it can be done or know someone who has done it?

Hi,

Unless you are planning to ride across the Sahara, there is really no need for an oil cooler on that bike. I don't think the benefit would outweigh the effort and you would be introducing more failure points in the oiling system.
