gs1100 piston rings
I'm thinking it's time for new rings this winter for my 1980 gs1100. Go with genuine Suzuki or are there other alternatives? I won't even consider those cheap Chinese knock offs.

Just go oem if your honing and rings. 80-100 for a set.

Assuming that the pistons are OEM, then yes OEM rings make sense. If the pistons are aftermarket, then the appropriate rings for them should be ordered.
