GS1000 cyl. head studs
I recently had trouble with the head holddown nuts coming loose after a top end freshening. I had only gone a few hundred miles and the head gasket started leaking oil and then lost compression. I was planning on re-torquing the head at 1000 miles. Do the studs need replacing every time as with many automotive engines?Tags: None
