80 gs850g running on 2 cylinders

I have a gs850 thats only running on cylinders 1 and 4... 2 and 3 are not running or running poorly they are all getting spark and fuel and im at a loss any suggestions?

gas, spark, compression the holy trinity.... run a compression test.. plugs wet?

2/3 share the same coil, so that might be an indication of your problem. Check the connection for the coil and harness, unscrew plug caps and clip off about 1/4" of the wire and screw the caps back on.
