    83 gs1100e

    Having problem starting now and it seem to be running on 2 cycler now. after i put on the rev limiter. is there something i need to know. I followed the installation and it seem to be very basic but now problems. Also I change to Taylor spark plug wires.

    do one thing at a time and reverse and installation if you think that caused it. This is one of the easiest ways to diagnose issues.

      A rev limiter actually cuts out a coil so you may have wired it in wrong or it is a faulty unit.

      1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.
