I am an active member. He is a friend of mine that bought this bike about a year ago and hasn't really ever gotten to ride it yet. He has an account but is not really mechanical so don't know if he has posted yet.

I thought I should return and tell everyone what the resolution was. Thanks to GrandRouge's helpful insight and helping through the process... it was basically just a loose clutch nut. Sounds good now.

Nope, he has low funds and it is so easy to tighten if it gets loose, I will do it again.
