    Leaving the Engine Oil Drained?

Apologies if this is in the wrong place but had a hiccup while replacing the stator - the original specified stator had been upgraded from a 12 pole to an 18 pole. Not knowing this, I ordered a 12 pole stator from Electrosport. They are exchanging the stator for me but it will be at least a week between sending the wrong one back and getting the correct one. In the meantime, is there any problem leaving the engine apart and no oil? Is there anything that can "dry out"? Thanks for any advice.

Not a problem..everything inside is well oil coated already.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.
