gs650e to a gs1100e
I'm new to the gs scene and before i start building i was have an idea i can't get out of my head. Is it possible to fit a gs 1100e block and head on to a 650e bottom end. If not what is the possibility of swaping in different bigger block and head. Thanks for any help possible. -

No correction necessary, huntb.
I'm not sure that you can even put a 750 top end on there, let alone anything larger.
The 650 is the largest of the "small block" engines, the 750 is the smallest of the "big block" engines.
Of course, this is not to be confused with the REALLY "big block" engines that will punch it out from about 1200 to over 1400cc.

Not sure that's possible, either.
If you want a larger bike, you will have to get a larger frame.
It is possible to stuff an 1100 engine in a 750 frame.

Now, right after I tell you that the 850 engine is just a larger 750 (that we already told you won't fit) and is almost as big as the 1100, I am going to ask you to go back and read post #3.
Unless you want to cut the frame and do some other drastic modifications, the only way you are going to get more displacement in there is to move to the largest overbore, which I think might be 1.0mm. Not sure what that will take it to, though.
Seriously, if you want a bigger engine, just sell the bike you have and get a bike with the engine that you want.
Or break out the Sawzall and the MIG.
