1150 vs 1100 starter gear. Are they interchanceable?

I was wondering if the two cranks use the same starter and starter gear.

1150 takes a different idler gear tooth count.
1150 has a different starter tooth count.
as far as the large SC gear i believe they are the same as long as both are from a large taper engine..83 and later.
i may be wrong on the above statement but that is what i have been told...never counted the SC gear's to verify.
so let me try this..if you run a large taper(1100/1150) SC gear and your 1100 idler and your 1100 starter...i think these will work together.

Thanks. Looks like I'm ok then.

The starter clutches are the same.
If you use the 1150 crank with your 1100 idler gear and 1100 starter you will be golden.
