The other day I was sorting out my bike reving super high on its own. I've determined that I can fix this by constantly adjusting the speed screw. While I haven't ruled out an air leak in the boots (o rings are new) adjusting out the speed screw will give me normal functionalty for a few minutes and then I'll have to screw it out again. Has anyone had this problem before?

Check for an air leak those screws don't move that easily unless the tension spring is missing and even then not that easily1984 GS1100GK newest addition to the heard
