I was looking at the design of the 1100GK and noticed that Suzuki used rubber isolators on every engine mounting point. 8 total isolators were used along with different diameter mounting bolts and some different mounting brackets. I know that the GK was designed as a touring machine so I'm assuming that they were doing this to reduce any vibration and resulting fatigue to the rider on long haul rides.

Engine isolators on GS1100GK
Just curious if anyone has attempted to retrofit the engine isolators and engine mounts from an 82-83 GS1100GK onto an older 1980+ GS1000/1100G?

1980 GS1000GT (Daily rider with a 1983 1100G engine)
1998 Honda ST1100 (Daily long distance rider)
1982 GS850GLZ (Daily rider when the weather is crap)
Darn, with so many daily riders it's hard to decide which one to jump on next.;)
