    Weak/No Pressure in Clutch Arm

Last night while moving my bike around in the garage, when the clutch was pulled in there was a snap and there is now no pressure in the clutch lever. I tried adjusting the cable and adding more tension but even when the clutch arm gets pulled in all the way there is not really any pressure against it. The clutch lever just loosely pulls. Seems like there was a spring that snapped or something. I looked into it around here and I saw something mentioning the worm gear but I'm unsure how to clean it/where its located. There is about a 1/4 to a 1/2 of free play in the clutch rod (that the arm connects to).

Was hoping to ride the Tunnel of Trees today

    Sounds like your cable broke.

No I don't think its broken because when I pull the lever it pulls the arm and vice versa.

Maybe the clutch arm got bumped and it slipped on its shaft- the thing that has pinion gear on other end that meshes with rack

Yeah, that was it. I was confused because the shaft has like a 1/4 of free play when not secured to the arm, that 1/4 was causing no tension in my clutch lever. I hadn't noticed that before. Thanks.
