If you want a rattle at idle it is good for that.Comment

Is the basket loose on the shaft or is the whole shaft moving when you wiggle it?If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.Comment

First step would be to tighten the nut that holds the basket.
If that does not stop the rattle, you might have to rebuild or replace the basket.If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space.Comment

I took the clutch apart the other night. The center nut seemed tight enough. Pull the basket and the slop is in the little roller bearings the basket rides on. Anybody know how much "slop" is considered ok?Current Bikes:
