    PROPER storage proceedures pay off!!

Last year when i hurt my arm and knew riding was done for the year (1st week in June it was ) I went and draing all then tanks and carbs on all my bikes as is the suggested long term storage as is mentioned in the manuals.

Well today I went and dumped a gallon of gas in the 78 1000E, full choke, and lit in an instant with all 4 pipes coming to temp like normal. Ran like the day I drained them without even the slightest hint of a problem with throttle or power. Do it right and you too will restart your bikes without hesitation or problems. All I had to do was check the tire pressures to be sure they were up to par.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

      You tryin' to bankrupt me?

Improper storage helps fund my tragic addiction to motorcycles, you know.
and God said, "Let there be air compressors!"
