Yep, only replace the wheel side. The final drive side doesn't wear out. Much harder material.http://img633.imageshack.us/img633/811/douMvs.jpg

The drive spline on the final drive has been damaged some. There doesn't seem to be any grease present. You need a special high moly grease to avoid damage. The old Honda moly 60 was good stuff but it's been discontinued and the replacement stuff is not the same. Some guys swear by Loctite moly grease. http://www.ebay.com/itm/221575539832...%3AMEBIDX%3AITLast edited by Nessism; 08-10-2016, 05:38 PM.Ed

Hi Ed,
it seems very hard to find 60% Moly grease... do you guys use equivalents other than Loctite moly grease ? Most car parts dealer have 5% Moly grease..
Thx

I'm not sure if it's as good as the old Honda 60 stuff, but Honda don't sell junk so you should be okay.Ed

There are links to some used splines, they can be cheap if you listen to the experts here! Mine came in the mail today, can't wait to get off work to put it in!!!!!
