So following the lubrication chart on page 5-19 of the service manual, the secondary bevel gears are lubed via the engine oil...correct?? I got some gear oil to do the rear final drive and the secondary gear but all I see is the big drain nut. No filler hole or full level hole like earlier shafties. So i looked at the manual and just want to be sure of the way the gears are getting lubrication.

Engine oil only. When you change the oil you need to also drain the secondary gear cavity. There are two drain plugs so to speak.Ed
