    81 gs850g Cover Gasket

Hey I have a very small leak coming out of my Valve Cover Gasket and I'm looking at OEM stores to get a new one. Does anybody know an online store that ships fast and has good prices?

I sometimes use Bike Bandit for OEM parts, but only when I have a big order to qualify for free shipping. I like to get OEM parts from my local Suzuki shop to support the local economy and my local Suzuki shop.
    My Motorcycles:
22 Kawasaki Z900 RS (Candy Tone Blue)
22 BMW K1600GT (Probably been to a town near you)
82 1100e Drag Bike (needs race engine)
81 1100e Street Bike (with race engine)
    79 1000e (all original)
    82 850g (all original)
    80 KZ 650F (needs restored)

Parts Outlaw or Partzilla. Bike Bandit if you are in a big hurry.

Realize that there was a running change in the valve cover gasket so check the part number and look at your particular valve cover and make sure you get the correct type (count the screw holes). Once you find the proper part number you can check ebay for discount gaskets. Just be sure to get the OEM type gasket if you value long life.

Edit: look at the screw holes near the cam chain tunnel. This is the early type gasket...http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-SUZUKI-1...JYNHSU&vxp=mtr

If your bike has the extra bolt hole near the tunnel look for that part number and then search ebay for a cheap price.

Make sure you have the correct part number ( 11173-45004-H17 for the 16 bolt valve cover gasket found on the 79-81 GS850) and punch it into fleaBay. There are several sellers with OEM gaskets at discount prices.

Or, support your local dealer and order it there. Poke around a little locally -- one of my local dealers happens to have a nice online shoppe for OEM parts ( http://onlinecycleparts.com ), and I can order parts at a discount and then go pick them up in a few days. It makes a nice lunchtime excursion to go slobber on a few new bikes, poke my head into a few helmets, etc.
