Oil Pump Question
Hey everyone, been a long while since I posted. I been working on my 1100 project/rebuild and when inspecting the oil pump i noticed some grooving in the housing. It's enough in some spots I can catch my nail on it, but no damage to the inside of the rotors. Just curious if anyone has an opinion if I should source a new one or it should be fine. I will be using 750 oil pump gears.

Well I was considering taking a Dremel and small sanding disc to it but I think it could get messy. From everything being taking apart I didn't see any signs of oil pressure loss(not that I think it really would lose any from such minimal damage). I have access to a cnc lathe but I wouldn't trust my skill level to not screw it up. Here's a pic of the rotors. Besides the grooves on the matching side I don't see any signs of damage and they measure within spec.
