Welding a crank
Guy twisted a crank on an 82 1100 and he wants me to rebuild the engine. I advised him to have the replacement crank welded. Who here does this work or where can he send the crank to be welded?? Thanks.MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.Tags: None

For roller bearing cranks, the ONLY places I will send one is to John Pearson in Ohio, Stan Gardner in Maine, or Bob Mosher in Florida. I wouldn't ask Falicon what time of day it is!
