Clutch wave washers where do they go ?

    Hi all,
I am in the process of rebuilding a 1981 GS1000g to original condition from a complete rusty wreck to showroom condition and now have hit a complete mystery and need help please. The two wave washers shown on the clutch diagram shows two shims (number 7&9)have me stumped.
Do the locate under the clutch plate that is held in position by the piano wire or another location? Would really appreciate any help.
    Thanks in advance Warwick

The way the drawing shows is that you install numbers 6-11-10 then 7&9 then14 then 8 then assemble the clutch plates
The big guy up there rides a Suzuki (this I know)

Thanks fastbysuzuki, I agree then they must have been installed by someone in the incorrect position on my bike as I haven't disassembled the 1st plate of the clutch basket, therefore i cant understand why I have them left over as they must be behind that plate that is held on by the piano wire.
      Thanks for your help
