Oil Passage Gasket holders for a 1982 gs750t (tscc) engine

I am replacing the head gasket of this bike and I ordered the Athena kit, as I planned on replacing several gaskets. I took the head gasket off and noticed that it had smaller gaskets set inside held by little metal bits. I lost one when removing the head gasket and the Athena kit did not come with new ones. Was wondering what the name of these little holders were, and if they are crucial for the oil passage gaskets to set correctly. -Thanks

Don't know what they are called, but is it too late to get your money back for the Athena gaskets?

Also, you should be aware that in the process of removing the head, you WILL disturb the base gasket, so plan on replacing it, too.

Yes, they cost more, but OEM gaskets are the way to go. Buy once, cry once, but you will only have to do the job once.
