    Got it started, but...

I don't think it sounds good. Also, when resting on the kickstand, fuel leaks from the carburetor. All the screws are as tight as they can be. While running the first time, I saw smoke coming from the left side by the pipes. I figured it was just gasoline hitting the hot exhaust, as I didn't smell burning oil.

I didn't hear anything mechanical that was worrisome in your videos, but the intake system needs attention. It won't be able to run smoothly with the intake system in that state. The #1 carb's float bowl is overflowing with gas, suggesting a bad or stuck needle valve. The clamp on #1's intake pipe is loose, suggesting air leaks too. This intake pipes will need to be inspected and probably replaced. Some have had luck reconditioning them.

Reuse the OEM parts in the carbs only. Don't replace anything that isn't damaged. Probably you only need new valve needles and seals. Z1 Enterprises has started selling carb kits that they say are of good quality. None of us have had a chance yet to try them. Z1 has earned a good reputation, so if you do need to replace any parts in the carbs, they would be my first choice.

You have enough posts here that someone should have linked you to the top noob mistakes thread which should have a link to a good carb rebuild tutorial. You have some maintenance to catch up on. Rebuild (clean) the carbs, fix intake air leaks, adjust the valves and balance the carbs. There is other work to do, but that bike looks like it should clean up pretty well.

Yeah, I need to replace the clamps. #2 clamp doesn't fit well, and the clamps for the airbox intakes are all messed up. I checked each of the float needles, and each one moved. They didn't have any nicks or signs of wear.

Well done on getting it running, because it must have seemed disheartening to have so many setbacks, but you plugged away at it.
Not running fantastic, but it sounds like it wants to - iron out the few bugs - as said, more attention to the details of the carbs and i see you've got a stock airbox, so at least you'll avoid the brainache that is getting it right with pods.

If you are confident the float valves are ok, then you likely have the float height set very wrong. Run through the rebuild tutorial. It will save you a LOT of headaches...

Last guy mentioned the floats. Make sure to measure both left and right sides of the floats.

For my carbs 2/4 had uneven float heights. Where one side was in spec, while the other side was well out of spec.
