Crank and piston rod, along with bolts and bearings are on the way. Going to try and reuse the crank bearings as they are all in good shape, as well as the rod bearings in the other three cylinders. I'll check clearances with platigage first.
I had already rebuilt the oil/water pump after this happened when I noticed what looked like coolant in the oil.
Good idea about blowing air through.Current Bikes:

The crank and rod bearings are color coded for selective fitting. Do you have a factory manual for your bike and have you checked the codes?Ed
