is it advisable to renew all 8 piston circlips even if 4 have not been taken out?

thanks, did you find an alternative washer for the cylinder head that has the oil feeds?, seems expensive to get genuine washers ?

The expense is worth it in the long run

Usually, it's even more expensive to NOT get genuine washers.

That's because you will likely have to do it over, and get the genuine washers that you should have gotten the first time.

If the circlips have been undisturbed, they'll probably last for another 100k miles. Never be tempted to re-use any you've taken out, though.
The copper washers on the oil-bearing studs are just that. I used the ones that came in the gasket kit, but really they're nothing special as far as copper washers go.
