What model 83 750? if and E or ES, I'm thinking not, as that engine is different. If the 83 is an S or T, then maybe. A little research shows that the Exhaust Cams are the same, but the Intake Cams are different, but I don't know how different.
The other thing to consider, and I'm not experienced in this, is: Aren't the cams bored to go in a specific engine? I mean cams from same year/model engines should fit, but didn't they bore each engine's cam journals for the specific set of cams that were going in the head? That's just my, very likely wrong, idea from something I believe I've read.
