        I've been dealing with a paint shop here in NH that has thousands of kinds of pinstripes in every width and color. 3M makes them, and they are about $7 for a roll of at least 10'. I'd be absolutely shocked to hear that they don't have the color you need. Find a good auto body supply store and you should be set.

            www.oldbikebarn.com has a bunch of old decals/badges. Just be ready to drop your pants and bend over when the bill comes
