GS1000GT bobber? Any links to photos.

Been wondering how the GS1000GT would look/handle as bobber.
Any links to projects/photos you may have found will be appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hey Bob,

PM me with your e-mail and I have a few pics of a 2 valve 1100 bobber that I saw on E-bay a while back.

Although my name isn't Bob, i think I can give you an answer on that.

the history of the bobber goes back to the days when WW II had just ended. fighterpilots stripped their Harley Davidsons and make it as light as possible so they could race them. They made the first bobber. they removed the front fender and putted it up side down as a rear fender. (the Ducktail as we know it is the result of that.) They also stripped anything that wasn't needed for racing.

On the next picture is a good example of a bobber

In europe they use older triumphs and japanees bikes to create the bobber look. There are not so many GS bobbers, but the pictures below will give a good example of what japanees bobbers look like

It's not a GS, but i will give you an idea what a bobber is.
