You probably won't have much luck unless you fabricate yourself or have something made for you. Other than that, all I can think of is EBAY.

Otherwise keep a watch on ebay for cafe seats and see what you think might look good.

Get yourself a second hand seat/seat base for your 450, that way you start with something that fit's.
You can shorten it,or re-upholster to shape it.
You can bend a sheet of stainless or alloy to make that nice hump at the back.
There's a few differant way's you can go, personel taste!

I put on a 450 T seat on my .....

........450 L along with some cafe racer hanlde bars. I think it looks really like a cafe race with a flat seat.
