I hope they are because I bought a cafe fairing from them on eBay yesterday. As far as shipping they seem to be pretty good. They said I should expect it tomorrow (Eugene, Oregon to Sac, Calif). I'll post an update concerning the quality of the product after I get it.

They have their phone number posted on their front page, so that is worth something. If you're unsure, you can always try calling and talking to someone about your purchase. I've always found you can get a fairly good feeling for a company by talking to the people who work there.

Well I received my fairing only two days after ordering it. It was in good condition. They didn't include installation instructions which would have been a very cheap and easy thing to do. I was able to install it eventually but I'm not sure if I did it correctly so I asked them for some instructins. Haven't heard back yet.
