Much better for visability. I can actually see behind me on both sides now, much better than the stalk mounted options I tried.

I just have to remember to fold them under before I maneuver it into the shed/bike garage where I park at night.

yup...they're deisgned to rotate up or down, so its easy to rotate the arms in one way or another.

Absoutely, be careful if you are in mode "hurried pizza's delivery man" or they'll last a few rides.
