    Fairnig Installation

I have an 82GK that has been de-K'd. So it's got an aftermarket headlight and turn signals. Also different handlebars. I also have an emgo fairing but I'm not sure how to fit it. The light is too low and or too far back and the turn signas are part of the headlight bracket and are in the way. Anyone know what kind of hardware / bracketry I need to get this done?

    Which Emgo fairing is it?
My 850 came with an Emgo cafe racer fairing with vee shaped brackets that attached to the headlight mounting screws and gave a certain amount of movement in the slots to clear the turn signals.
In fact the fairing had to be set too far forward to clear the signals without cutting the fairing so the headlight ended up recessed by an inch or more.
Cutting the fairing might have done it but I just took it off.

Pretty sure it’s a viper cafe racer fairing. It does have the V shaped brackets but there’s still no room.

Now I recall that the PO had made new vee brackets with a longer leg on the headlight attachment side.
Even so the turn signals prevented the fairing going back far enough to let the headlight into the fairing and the headlight was a bit too big for the fairing hole.

I think I will likely need to make custom brackets. Not a big deal. But the turn signals are just too short. They're completely covered up by the fairing. So I'll need new turn signals too.
