HID conversion anyone?
Well instead of hi jacking this thread LED's anyone? and after searching HID and finding zip, I want to know if anyone has done this mod? I know it is expensive but I feel the gains in visibility to see and to be seen would be worth it. Plus, it just looks 8-) ! Once on they use far less current certainly a plus, but I'm told the initial current surge to start them is substantial, like you'd probably want to have the headlight re-wired to a separate switch and turn it on after the bike is started.
Any input appreciated :-D !Tags: None

well i put a hid bulb in my bike and have had no problems with it.all you have to do is change the bulb.it will fit in your standard h4 headlight housing and i did not add any extras to my bike just unplugged my bulb removed it and replaced it with the h4 hid and pluged it back in.here is a link to the guy i got mine from on ebay.he is very cheap on price and the lights are nice and bright white http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H4-90...5550QQtcZphoto hope that helps.
