Has anyone on here had Rick Mayer do a custom seat?
I know he sounds a little spendy. Just wanting some opinions.

For what model?
I had my 1000S seat re foamed a few years ago for $100.
Guy used triple density foam, and the stock seat cover was
in great shape.
My Triumph, I think I'll have the stock seat down the same way, and the Corbin seat is pretty good.
Just curious how he works. Send him your seat pan and he
custom makes a seat? Or is there an exchange for our older bikes?Keith

Mine is a GS700ES 1985. I just want a lot more support. you know all the stories, Bad lower back tail bone pain (skiing misshappppppp, ouch....)
My Concours ownergroup swears buy a few custom guys. Rick's name has always poped up at events.
I had a seat done once by sargents. it was better then stock but still not really what i needed.
I know I'm dreaming...lol..:shock:
