I know someone who did that too...his name is Hap Call! When I was 16 years old I did it to a old CB750 tank and the tank spread out so that it wouldn't fit any more. When I tried to "unspread" it the metal creased...sucked to be me ! One more hard learned lesson.

Hey - I am 40 years of age, and lack most of the foresight and wisdom that this community provides.

The only stupid question is the one you didn't wait to hear the answer for... of?... to... or somethin.

Well bro, it's spelled NORMALLY. You lose a point, too.

Must be an engineering student...We don't put all that much emphasis on korrect gramer and speling

oh yeah, about the dent. I had a pretty deep knee dent in mine from the P.O. I took it too a couple body shops (one that does custom bikes) and they just said fill it...They could try to pull it, but it would just create lots of little dents. Something about the metal being tough, and not taking the original shape back. I guess its pretty hard to shrink the steel back into the proper form....
