Update on my post above with the fitment issue on the grip.

Here is what the throttle rocker looks like with the grip pulled back. You can see the metal portion of the bar about 1/8" inside the bore:

If you try to tighten the bar end into the handlebars, it will pull the bar end into the plastic part and it makes the throttle non-functional.

Solution: I used a power-sander to grind down the plastic past the metal end of the handlebar.

Now when the bar end is tightened up, it rests against the metal of the handlebar and lets the throttle turn.

I'll post a finished pic of the bike soon...they came out bad tonight for some reason.

When I have bought Napoleon mirrors I thought they were "coming to take me away, ha ha."

I liked it. The right side has more vibration than the left so it's a bit blurry above 60MPH. Worth the upgrade though...

I've read that the Emgo's are junk but they do have a metal mount instead of an expanding rubber mount. What exactly is junk about them? I was thinking of the Napoleon's, but they look like the Ken Sean's and I don't want to spend that much if their rubber mounts are just as bad as the Ken Sean's. I think I might just order a pair of the Emgo's and see how they work, they're only $12 US from Dennis Kirk.

I mounted up my new Emgo mirrors and I'm fairly pleased with them. They're more secure than the Ken Sean's I had, but the glass in them is optically horrible, they're like fun house mirrors. I give them a C+ to B-. I'm going to see if the glass from the Ken Sean's will it in the Emgo's because they appear at first glance to be the same size.
