Definite kudos on doing the work himself, but the guy needs to decide what he wants the bike to look like. He's probably dropped at least $200 that he didn't need to changing things. I like the overall look, but I hate Sportster tanks (had a Bobster on my Ironhead).

I agree.He could have gotten a really great look withiut all that work.

I read that page over a year ago. Part of the reason I got a 550 (2 now) I don't think he's a member. He's got other bikes on his page, not Suzuki specific though.

seems like one would prefer to start with a solidly running motor and then put all the work into the frame mods, etc... guess that's why my frame is still intact...

it is cool to see the running total. I wonder if I could recreate my project progress...
