    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

yeah actually i did...and you're welcome to these old ones..but im going to tell you based on those pics...you're going to have to cut the seat hoop off for these to work. Dunno if you wanna do that, but thats the story there. These are so short that the rear tire will rub the hoop.
 
i also have some superbike bars that i may let go of... i just got that other 750 on sunday and i have had no time to even really get a good look at it as its been 17 hour days for me lately..joy..plus with all the rain..i hate ohio weather..
 
I was planning on doing that anyways. On your bike is the rear fender attached to the swing arm.
 
yeah it is, and thats gotta go buh bye too, so if you want that i have no use for it...its all set up with brackets so you'll just have to measure and drill to get it to work...
 
like i said i havent had a super good look at em, the bike was delivered Sunday, i had to go back to work, and ive worked doubles since and its been raining, but the few looks ive had at em they look pretty damn good. I didnt notice any serious pitting or rust, and there are some "up" risers too. They have barend mirrors on em but im hangin on to those...

The house I'm hoping to get, (going to look at the inside tomorrow) is 2400 square feet. Forgot to tell you, the zipcode for that package will be 46410, unless you already figured that out.

Looks like another fine example of a work in progress.....looking forward to see what you do with it....did you de-badge it or was it already like that? I've noticed a lot of people have done that....I did it with my GS, and my Intruder.....seems to start conversations easier...." what is it? " especially with the Intruder, most non bike(r) people don't know it's not a Harley.....I was at a stop light one day, and a guy in a truck next to me, and his (?) g/f wife..? were giving me the thumbs up and saying " nice Harley dude! " either they were sight impaired, or ignorant on bike makes and models, but none the less, I got WAYYYY in front of them in case it was the sight impairment!
 
The PO had taken a lot of stuff off the bike before I got it. What you see in the first pic is everything that came with the bike when I got it. But I would have pulled most of that stuff off any ways.
 
Actually that rearend is going in to my Caballero. Though I do like trikes.:lol:

Here are some pics of the new signals I just put on tonight, got them off e-bay...I think they were like $14 a pair...not a bad deal.....got tired of the big " flag " sigs....let me know what y'all think.

:-D Don't feel bad....I'm running Firefox, so it has the spell checker built in, and is CONSTANTLY showing me what I misspelt <------example....takes me longer to correct my mistakes, than to type the damn message!:-|

When I get that sissy bar from ya, I've been toying around with some ideas....I think the rack would look good in like undercoating,or bedliner no-skid paint, then the chrome bars painted to match my bike, and the flame part I'm going to attempt my flame colors on again(Duplicolor annodized), I've had " great success " with doing that before....did a laptop lid,speaker grills for a jobsite radio, and handle-bars on my kids former mini-bike( can't find the pics right now, since most everything is packed). So I think I might do that for the flames.....since the rest of the chrome is pretty much trashed.
After I get it from you, and get the time to do what I just said, I'll shoot some pics up here.

TIME is what I won't have much of VERY soon, so remind me every so often so I don't forget.:-|

You got it buddy. You know we can't go longer than a few days without pictures on here :) And by the way I like the signals. I'm not a fan the of the huge x large OE signals either. Oh and I almost forgot. I got the tank and frame painted today. The tank is gonna take a few more coats before I'm done. Unfortunately I'm noticing some flaws in the body work. Apparently being a good body man DOESN'T run in the family :oops: And I'm really getting tired of the scoot being out of commision so I'm gonna leave it be and probably start slapping it back together this weekend. I think I also got some carbs coming. Wish me luck on that one. Overall things are looking up.
