Old school risers
Those risers are clamped around a short section of the stock bars at the bottom. and the new bar secured to the top. I have a pair machined from thick aluminum. Almost identical to the ones in the photo except they aren't polished. Think their either 4 or 6 inch. Removed them from a '69 commando 750 I sold a while back. PM me if your interested I'll dig them out.
