Por 15 IT! Kreem comes off. Or so says people all over the web. Por 15 don't come off for SH!T..... I'm ****ed to **** because I think I'm gonna need that front sprocket and that means that the bike is gonna be down even longer..... Also the wiring is bugging me. Not to mention the seat is still in need of redoing and recovering. And I can't think of ways to mount that fender. I'm thinking struts off the swingarm so it can move with the tire but I have absolutely NO fabrication tools.... Bah a few more aggravations and I think it'll end up a Cafe sooner than I thought

How many teeth is your sprocket?? If its a fifteen toother i have one ill toss in the box for ya. Ive some ideas for your fender...but you'll need to find someone that welds. Ask a mom and pop muffler shop..toss em a few bucks and they'll prolly do it if you have the design and materials. I MAY need to actually add to the back of my frame a few inches of pipe to support my fibreglass seat. Dunno till i get it tho. Im having brainfart set backs too...before i even bother synching my carbs im going to have to order my new baffle for my VH pipe...im seriously considering getting rid of the meg and going to a tip just for ****es and giggles. It would be no louder than it is now really. Just more knarly of a growl. I dunno what do you think? BTW Bondo Gold is the bomb...for some reason it seems to work longer before it kicks, and it smooths so much nicer...

And 15 it is.... Dude I shoulda just sent you more money lol..... Lay some ideas on me brother man about that fender. Two heads are better than one old cluttered one..... Dude I wouldn't screw with the V&H honestly. Too nice IMO but yeah ordering the baffle first would probably be a good thing. But I say resynch it now. Enjoy the last few days of riding it to get satisfaction out of it and when you take it down into the manhole then worry about repacking it.... Good news to hear about the Bondo Gold. Regular old bondo is a pita to spread. I've spread peanut butter better than that sh!t goes on

Its not the baffle material the actual baffle has been cut on the inside...its about 4 inches long...IDIOT PO... might as well not even have a pipe...you may be right about it tho. i should synch now and ride while i can, but its been cold as hell up here the last two days, so i think riding days are closing fast. Hell it even spit snow up here this morning. Dont worry bout money bro, i have a few of those sprockets, but its 630 chain sprocket, dunno if the 550 was a 630 chain or a 530 chain...prolly 630. Its not new, but its in good shape, no worn teeth. Ill toss it in there. If it works sweet, if not pitch it. I dunno if the splines will line up right, but id think so. Tho you do have that goofy 6 speed. lol. I cant wait to get some pics up, this tank is lookin Fing sweet. I was scared. Now i feel like i could do some serious sh!t to some tanks...its soo easy. On that fender..you're trying for a harley fender right? Are you going with a rigid suspension in back? Cos if not you DONT want to mount to the swing arm..it will torque the crap out of it and your paint will be toast. Post me up another pic of your bike and lemme look at the rear of it... i could come up with some easy set ups, but like i said you might have to find someone that welds. SHouldnt be hard to do tho.

Yes on the Harley fender, no on the rigid suspension. Softtail all the way because my back already hurts! And finding someone that welds shouldn't be a problem
