Josh, that bike looks sweet! Arethe bulbs in those lites small 3 watt halogen? I got some on ebay that are chrome, but look to be the same design and size. Replacing the bulbs may be a headache for some, but when you need more, step up to 5 watts and we go'em all day at Mercedes land.

Its POSSIBLE, depends on how quickly i can get the carbs tuned out. I wouldnt bank on it, but the 1100 SHOULD be done by then. If not im gonna throw an f-ing fit.

Works for me. Great idea actually. Are you picking up the bike or just dropping off money for him to hold it or what?

Not on MINE, but I know that sometimes you have to use a washer between the throttle sleve and the mirror bracket to keep it from sticking. Usually its the grip that prevents it from closing.

                            Nice bike Cafe Kid!
Are you planning to keep that exhaust hanger? I'm sure you can come up with something better! Maybe you can use a peace of metal strip to mount the exhaust hanger to the point where the footrest is mounted to the frame. That way your swingarm looks better to.
                            cheers,
                            Ed

No that exhaust hanger is temporary. Something pretty similar will likey have to be used, and i dont the the foot rest bracket will be a good position to mount one, simply because it almost runs in line with the bracket on the meg. Id have to use something pretty stout, which would add weight, which is a no no on this bike, as ive gone out of my way to eliminate as much weight as possible. However, I WILL do something that looks a lil more finished and professional.

You just slide the throttle assembly & grip up the bar a little more or cut the end away (or both). No probs.
