    Shedman..Is this the place????

    MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)
    1978 GS 1000 E, 1979 GS 1000 S, 1973 Yamaha TX 750, 1977 Kawasaki KZ 650B1, 1975 Honda GL1000 Goldwing, 1983 CB 650SC Nighthawk, 1972 Honda CB 350K4, 74 Honda CB550

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

            Your bike is beautifull!
I restored mine two years ago and I confirm there are two pieces of rubber between the headlight and the fairing.
Another impossible part to get hold of is the plastic/chrome strip that comes at the end of the seat cover...
The good news is that I gave my original seat cover to TC of pitreplica who provided me with an excellent copy.
            Here are some pictures.
I'd appreciate getting the address of the guy who provided you with the decals so that I can add the finishing touch to my bike.

              Hey John.
http://www.bdesigns.ca is the place who did my decals.
Did a great job and the template to fit them is easy to use.
I have the rubber for the cowling but i haven't got the chrome strip for the back yet, one day.

Many thanks Shedman, I had lost hope to find the ST decals...
They don't come cheap for sure!
Another trick I learned to get the ST on the road again is that you can replace the float needle only with a float needle from a GS 1000 fitted with CV carbs.
The complete float needle assy is unavailable
