Custom House Stinky?
I saw this website, http://www.stinky.jp/parts.php , and I love the type 5 tank and the type 4b seat. First off, will these work on a GS550. Second, is there some place to buy these. And finally, is there any other place that has a similar style of tank and seat that would work for me. ThanksTags: None

The pipes on that bike are SICK! love em! Too little for me...lol.
On the subject...The Tank Shop in Scottland does tanks like that. They are MUAY MUAY expensive. I priced a "Manx" style tank and after conversion and shipping it worked out to like 1600USD. Yeah. No thanks...
Also, the guy has some customers that are none to happy with him, as his turn around time is sometimes MONTHS and MONTHS, and he expects, from what I gathered, FULL payment to begin construction. Nice tanks, but I will pass on that. I dont want one that bad. As for the seats, you can get the fibreglass shells from here

And to try to actually answer the question, Those tanks are generally built for a single backbone tube. The GS has three tubes and there standard tanks may not settle over the frame. This does not mean the underside of the tank can not be refitted for your frame, check with them.
The seat should go on with little fuss.
And I need a set of those curved megaphones, those are just right.
