Here is what I did with the exhaust. I liked the megaphone and the slash cut. I see many slash cut exhausts on jap choppers and wanted something original. Oh yea no mufflers or baffles!

I like the way you took the pipes. Turned out baby megas. Cool. This will be one nice ass ride when its done. Got a quick question. Have you done your wiring yet? And if so how much of a pain was it? Ive never had to wire a bike from scratch and have mixed feelings about getting knee deep.

It's really not that bad especially when you get rid of alot of factory stuff. Just take one circuit at a time.

There's diagrams in my photobucket. Simple basic no extras. One for points and one for electronic ignition. In Colorado's thread the elec. ign. diagram is posted and another member redrew it on computer. That one is easier to read. It super easy to do but time consuming. Solder your connections don't crimp. Looks better and is way more reliable of a joint. If your real patient and take your time all the wires will flow together into neat little bundles.

Got a few more items completed. Finally decided on a way to mount the tank.

Mounted the automotive style ignition switch and starter relay under the tank.
