Cleanup methods
Try using a Mr. Clean Car Washing gizmo. Used as directed, it'll wash off dirt and leave a nice wax-like shine, and with NO wiping afterwards. The key is the final rinse with de-ionized water, which dries without spotting.
Mr. Clean will not remove grease and oil, so you still need to use your favorite product for that.
Target is one place that sells Mr. Clean Car Washing kits and supplies.

I have found that Blue Magic metal polish paste works well on chrome, especially exhausts. Only problem, my supply now used up, and cannot find anymore in South Africa! Similar product now available here is called Autosol metal polish, but have not tried that yet.1981 GS850G "Blue Magic" (Bike Of The Month April 2009)

Mother's Powerball... Great for keeping up with all the polished aluminum and getting it done with time to ride.
