Here is what I'm putting on my 86 GSXR 1100; period braced piece apparently was on the Schwantz 34 bike at one time.

A modified Airtech tire hugger is my doing, and the chain guard is off a limited.

I had to cut alot away to clear the rear peg mounts and limited chain guard. I think reinforced it with fiberglass. I have yet to sand, primer and paint.

      Is your Airtech or other?

      Pos

P.S. as I look at the lines on yours I might have to slice mine some more to get rid of the tomahawk look on mine

Looks really good!, I tend to like huggers that are a little smaller, but I have yet to see anything that resembles crap on your bike...Damn that thing is clean! Ihad this one on my FZ..kinda short and stubby.

                Agemax,
Taking a second look, how did you fit the hugger with the chain guard? Is there a slot? I cut away my hugger so there is only a small overlap and they use separate mounting tabs. You will see three SS hex bolts each has a separate tab. I added fiberglass inside to get away with only 1 mount on the chain side.

Can you show the overlap/separation from the rear?
