Keep the fairing I kept my center stand and just not installed for weight purposes. When I need to lube the chain I just install the stand and finger tighten the bolts and when I`m done remove it. Hey Ray I`ll race ya...whats your fastest time?

Kris, I've gone 8.40s on our old bike in Hawaii but I am building a new motor now so don't know what it will run yet. I am guessing it will have power to go 8.60s. The motor that's in the bike now runs 9.20s but it is just a stock cams, low compression street motor. The new one will still be self starting but will be around 13.5 to 1 or so & have some bigger cams in it. The new motor is a 1445, 83.5 mm bore. Anyone that has a 1428 block & doesn't want to resleeve, I can get pistons & rings now for an 83.5 mm bore!!! YEE Haaaa! One more oversize without resleeving!!! I love the fact you used all of that blue on your bike to keep it SUZUKI!!! Ray.

                      bike

Took it to the 1/4 mile in Steele Alabama Yesterday. Had a best run of the day at a 9.28 @ 156 mph in the 1/4 mile. I had put a lowereing strap on the front end and this helped out a bunch. Still wants to wheely bad in first and second. third too but you don't have to get out of it. If the bike just had a two stage boost controller it would be super fast. leave the line about 6 lbs then go to 20 on out a little. Or put a longer swingarm on it. I was hoping to get in the 8 sec 1/4 mile range but the first and second gear wheelys are killing my time. It was a crowd favorite though. lots of lookers and questions. Thanks, she has a cast for 6 to 8 weeks. but she is fine.
