02 katana 600 forks and wheels on a 77 750?
while I know that this WILL work, my question is: Is is worth it? I can get all the parts for $150. Complete forks upper and lower triples, brakes, fender, swingarm, front and rear wheels, rear caliper. EVERYTHING... I just don't know if the forks are long enough or if they are relatively close to being sprung at the correct rate. Thanks for the inputTags: None

Mine was okay with the swap because i had a 16in wheel as stock. They are sprung on the soft side, i think the Kat riders forum has a sticky style thread on that called the $1 mod. I added an inch to the preload spacer on the first gen (that's '88-'97 600/750's) forks that are on my '83. I don't know if the '98 and newer have any difference with the fork length.Dee Durant '83 750es (Overly molested...) '88 gl1500 (Yep, a wing...)
