Stunning swinger, by the way. Is it fillet brazed?

It kind of sucks though that they make a piece that NICE but they MIG weld it together instead of tigging it! Ray.

Thanks for all the interest and nice comments. The arm is something I thought up from scratch. It is hand bent chromoly, tig welded, then ground smooth with a light coat of filler. Many, many hours in this and really the whole bike. This 82 Katana is something I have been constructing for the past 2 years. Hopefully to be completed in May 10. It has a BHP belt driven magneto and a belt driven alternator system. A nice 1428 cc 1150 motor will lots of "good stuff." So many mods to this bike from wheels to frame, to subframe, 05 GSXR 1000 suspension, to handmade bodywork, R6 headlight, etc. I will start a thread on it when it is complete. Here are a few recent pic's.

All exceptional work, I don't like it when there is an acre of space between the bodywork & the wheel or when the wheel sits back of the bodywork though so not to my taste.

To me stretched bikes look awful so as with everything each to their own taste. I can definitely appreciate the skill level though & Hitman your swingarm is a work of art for sure.
